For new signups from 1 July 2026, the official scheduling page gives the free daily grid-charge window as 12pm–3pm; plan fact sheets and welcome-pack terms govern the exact retail schedule.

Compatible systems

Battery products the provider lists as supported. Some require a specific inverter pairing.

GloBird lists FoxESS as a supported VPP brand; confirm eligibility of the exact battery and inverter combination with GloBird before joining. The VPP add-on also supports Solis with Dyness and WHES. Sigenergy systems must use the GloBird app. The self-managed ZEROHERO plan (without remote control) works with any battery brand.

Compatibility is an initial screen from the provider's published lists — final eligibility sits with the provider.

Who dispatches
The VPP add-on is optional: while enrolled, GloBird may remotely charge and discharge the battery and its control right prevails, and credit rates and windows can be changed with notice. You can opt in or out at any time via customer service; without the add-on, ZEROHERO is fully self-managed. No lock-in, no exit fees.
