CompareVolt is a one-person project run by an Australian sole trader, so a reply can take a few business days.
Reporting a correction
If a rate has changed, a model detail looks wrong or a source link no longer works, tell us. It helps to include:
- the page link;
- the detail that needs checking; and
- a supporting source, such as current provider terms or a datasheet, if you have one.
Corrections are checked against the same published-source standard as the rest of the site. If a detail has changed, we update the page and its source check date. See How we compare.
Providers and manufacturers
Send updated terms, datasheets or a correction, pointing to the published document. We do not change a listing on the strength of an unpublished claim.

What we cannot help with
CompareVolt is not an energy retailer, a battery installer or a financial adviser. We cannot:
- confirm whether your home, battery or address is eligible for a program;
- quote for, design or assess an installation;
- act on your account with a provider; or
- give personal financial advice.
